Hi there, Sometimes there are issues that you will face as a Sitecore developer, you may ask some help for Sitecore , and for that, you should create the Support Package and send to them for the analysis.(You must hold a valid Sitecore Certification)
In the past, I used to create that package manually until the “Support Package Generator” arrived, this tool helped me a lot. But times are changing, and Sitecore is incorporating some cool features recently. if you are using an old version of Sitecore, SSPG maybe very helpfull

But, if you are using 8.2 or later versions, you will find this on “Control Panel”

So let’s access the Sitecore dashboard -> “Control Panel” – > “Administration Tool”

The Administration tools provide you a Swiss Army Knife
Check for “Support Package”

The Support Package will show you a wizard
Step 1) fill the fields
Step2) Check all the things that you think relevant to the Ticket

Step3) Your package is now generate, Click “download Package” and send to Sitecore
