Sitecore forms is a very useful tool for Marketers , but sometimes the marketers or the devs can miss some important things that would help the users and on the usability of the Form!
1) Keep it responsive
Currently the use of mobile devices is very high, so before publish your form, make sure your Sitecore Form is rendering correctly on Mobile Devices .
2) Avoid CAPTCHA
Sometimes the user will not be able to fill that , and the it can be very annoying to the user, is this case, the user may quit your website and all the effort for build for form is gone.
3) Divide in Pages
If you really need collect many fields, try to split in separate pages, so we can collect the essential information on the first page like the email .

4) Don’t Collect useless Information
Sometimes marketers tend to put too many optional fields, and usually they will not use that amount of information. The user may become disinterested when he seems such a bunch of fields.
