Important Update: Coveo for Sitecore 5.0.1368.1 and Older Versions

Just got an important update from Coveo: older versions of Coveo for Sitecore (5.0.1368.1 and below) are now outdated.

If your project is still running one of these versions, we need to update soon. Coveo has stopped supporting the old analytics endpoints, and newer Sitecore updates could cause issues.

Here’s what to do:

  • Check which Coveo version your project is using.-
  • Update to 5.0.1460.0 or newer (the latest version is the safest choice).
  • If you run into trouble, follow the upgrade guide.


If we skip this, we risk broken analytics or compatibility problems. Let’s tackle this in the next sprint, don’t put it off!
